1906 Arial View of Kom-fo East Lake , As a reminder when the Dam was put in all the Tribes living on the lake shore were flooded and the lake now is 17 ft above its natural level.

This is part of the Elem homelands and contained many archeological sites that were destroyed in 1972 During the Construction of and illegal waterway known as the Clear lake Oaks Keys.

The Clearlake Oaks Keys project was one of  the most illegally approved housing project that destroyed 1,000 of cultural soils 

The illegal waterways was approved in 1972.

The historic preservation act was passed in 1970, this project did not comply with the law and destroyed one of the main tribal homelands.
